Company · About Unipay
Unipay builds private transfers, swaps, and treasury operations on Solana while preserving auditability and compliance. We're a team of protocol engineers and operators shipping the first zero-knowledge execution layer for the stablecoin economy.

Our mission
Make private, compliant on-chain payments the default for the next trillion dollars of stablecoin volume — without forcing companies back into custodial infrastructure.
The problem
Every transaction on Solana is publicly visible, permanently indexed, and traceable by anyone. Treasury movements, payroll payments, and trading strategies become visible to competitors and market observers as soon as they hit the chain.
Today, companies are forced to route activity through centralized exchanges just to hide it — sacrificing security, composability, and the reason they chose crypto rails in the first place.

How we build
Treasury movements, payroll, and trading strategies stay invisible to competitors and market observers. Shielded state is the baseline — not an opt-in.
Viewing keys are derived from the wallet signature. Regulators, auditors, and internal teams receive verifiable reports on demand — never by default.
Unipay never holds funds. Every transaction settles directly on Solana with zero-knowledge proofs. No intermediaries, no CEX risk, no withdrawal windows.

The same shielded flows, optimized for phones — private send, balance checks, and on-device proof generation.
A TypeScript SDK that embeds private execution into any wallet, DEX, or protocol. Groth16 proofs generated client-side.
